The Spinto Hungária Ltd. started its operational activities in September 2018. The Company, as an XXL-size tool supplier to the European automotive industry, in order to adapt and optimize its daily operations, in 2021, with the development of the project 2020-1.1.1-KKV-START-2021-00460, "Introduction of digital production management systems in the framework of the innovation project at Spinto Hungária ltd.", Libra Szoftver Ltd. Libra 3S enterprise management system distributed by Libra Software Ltd. and Norma X production management system developed by Fiers Informatika Számítástechnikai Szolgáltató és Kereskedelmi Ltd. In Hungary both software are widely known and well proven in several companies. With the introduction of the software, the efficiency of our Company's financial and accounting administration activities and the production management of large-scale custom tool production have increased. By implementing the software, we have directly and indirectly saved jobs and created the potential for future job growth. Following the implementation of the Libra 3s ERP software, we were able to integrate the financial and accounting activities into our Company's internal processes. With Norma X production management software, production processes have become more controllable and production capacity can be planned. The transparency of production processes has increased and the efficiency of production scheduling has improved, since Norma X provides technical colleagues with reliable historical data to help them technologise their workflows. Norma X provides the Company's technical management with reliable information to make production decisions. With the introduction of these two systems, the company has made progress in the implementation of the Industry 4.0 concept.
